They need to submit a proposal form. Filling out that
form will send a email to the administrator of this site. The proposal will be
reviewed by the Board of Directors and the submitter will be contacted for any further
clarifications needed.
There will also be links to the facebook group, and phone
numbers or conference numbers and other means of submitting the proposals (such
as posting a letter, or talking to local liaisons).
