National Science Day is celebrated in India on February 28 each year to mark the discovery of the Raman effect by Indian physicist Sir C V Raman on 28 February 1928.  ZPHS, Vunnaa is the proud host of the science day events thie year.There is going to be a science fair where students from different schools show case their science projects. Around 25 high schools (from chilakaluri peta, prattipadu, nadendla and yedlapadu constituencies) are planning to participate in the event. 10 students from each school and around 2 teachers from each school are expected to participate in this event.   Four of our own students from ZPHS, Vunnava are presenting their science fair projects. There is also going to be a science quiz for all the participants.  There are going to be 3 prizes for the exhibits (Rs.1000, Rs,750, Rs.500) and three prizes for the quiz winners (Rs.1000, Rs.750, Rs.500).
